Hotel Location Our parties are held at a hotel in the Chester, VA area. Address and directions will be provided once a RSVP has been received. The ECC/HRC staff will make all room reservations and assignments. If you reserve your own room with the hotel, you will be charged the current room rate (not the contract rate) and will not be assigned to floors 4 or 5 (these floors are reserved for ECC/HRC assignments until the evening of the social).
