While we
will continue to provide quality parties at the same low rate, the following
changes will be implemented Effective 1 February
2007
Registration will remain open from
3-8 PM
If you're arriving after that time
you MUST prepay by PAYPAL or Check
(must be received)
The following affects ALL
attendees
$10 will be added to the social fee
if paid at check-in
$20 will be added if you arrive
without an RSVP
$30 will be added if arriving late
without making prior arrangements with Staff
As you can see, you can still pay
the same cost you've been paying for years if you prepay before arriving at the
social. Prepayment does not have to
be weeks in advance, you can do it the day before the social, the morning of the social as long as we can see that's
in been paid you'll still receive the lower cost.
This DOES NOT mean having a Card on File.
Your card on file can still be used to reserve a room but is not considered a
payment.
There is a link to PAYPAL on our
homepage and if anyone needs assistance in how to use that, please let us
know we'll be happy to walk you through it. You may also send a check to our PO
Box. The check must be received prior to the social not 'in the mail'.
